I'm sure you can find anyone to do anything for cheap... GFY is a good example these days.
How many horsepower pump do you plan? Do you have a tunnel bore? They had to get 220v and water from somewhere inside the building, under the street and out to the project. How high is the water table here? How deep are the footings, going back to the pump. Are you a fluid design expert? How large of manifold and skimmer, filtration do you need? What kind of autofill system? Lighting, controls for all of it.
The bottom line is this. We had three estimates. They were all over $200k. One was dramatically over that budget. That team had one of the best designers in the US on staff. How about landscaping design?
You get what you pay for. I wanted a quality product done on a schedule by qualified people. I got exactly what I wanted.
