If you are talking about Race, then he is white. He is Not black hispanic. He is white hispanic or at least claims to be. The only reason Hispanic is on the race card was to be PC back in the day.
Race is White, Red, Yellow and Black. Everything else falls into some sort of combo.
Just saw a top 10 most wanted the other day for the FBI and the guy was listed as White Hispanic.
