I wouldn't upload anything that didn't have a logo/domain on it. If you ever look at the comment sections on tube sites the first page is full of "Who is the chick?" questions, so it's best to have that clear and visible.
As far as the videos themselves, I'm sure most would tell you there's no point in giving away full length content for free. Most of the time, you will want to release teaser type stuff. However, I don't see any harm in putting out a few full length videos to generate some buzz. It really all depends on what you are comfortable with having circulated freely.
In addition to offering videos in your affiliate section, you may also want to join up and create a presence on a few tube sites and upload your videos yourself.
