Hi community

I'd rather new to this forum, but it looks very interesting and it has a lot of valuable information.
So, please allow me to briefly present us.
We are a team of 5 people, two are responsible for all the technological stuff. Since we had before a project involving video streaming (mainstream, which failed) we would like to move into an other market, so we spontanousely came up with the idea of adult.

What we have:
- Team/programmers for building/maintaining a streaming website
- Contact for getting unreleased Asian HD content (around 400$/clip) plus this involves 3 people
- Mainstream experience in the IT/Internet industry
- Ideas for our niche

What we don't have:
- Experience in the adult industry
- Much money to invest especially for buying content
- Company/payment processing facilities (easy to get, but costly)

So, my questions are:
Are there any special things we have to consider while dealing in the adult industry which you would like to share, like any particular dangers or common pitfalls?

I'd really like to hear your comments, even if it's that we are doomed from the beginning.

btw. we can also need further assistance, so if anyone should be interested in what we are doing, we could also need an extra person in our team.
