1) find out who's their lawfirm
2) try to buy some stock options from said lawfirm and/or dukeenerygprogress... They will receive a big cash settlement from you in the very near future, so their stock is about to rise pretty soon ;-)
No, really, if they trademarked their name, chances are very realistic they'll file a lawsuit against you to force you to give their name back for free...
At least, that's how the law in my country works... I would be supprised if the law in your country is/was any different
