It sounds like a lot of work. I guess you could automate the account creation and following part.
Obviously you can drive traffic this way. But will it make much money? I don't know, you might get a bunch of teens with their dicks out and no money. I'm too lazy to bother but it seems interesting so I bookmarked this thread.
