In my case, some of the past due amounts had not been paid by DHD because DHD had not received funds from the merchants to do so. In those cases an email from me to the merchants asking about such helped get the ball rolling. In some other cases, checks just took longer to get mailed by DHD than normal after the merchant paid the invoices.
I thought it was very cool, JW went out of his way to call and explain on the phone and let me know the check was sent out on Friday 8/16, but today 8/28 and still not in today's mail. Perhaps the mail is running slow
