Guess the race. I am reminded of a study done a few years back where wallets were dropped in various parts of the world to see if they would be returned to the owners.
Scandinavian countries had the people who where the most honest by not only returning the wallets but also returning all of the cash inside. I doubt most of those people would even accept a reward since you would should not be rewarded for simply returning someone's property unless you incurred expenses such as driving a long distance.
