you could make a clone of your site like
www2.strugglingbabes.com and use that for the CCBill URL
You could also just ad a simple php code to the 'tour' pages that if a CCBill variable is parsed along (eg CA=) all the signup links go to /membership_ccbill/ instead of /membership
Or you could add that code to the /membership page that if the CCBill var is available it shows the CCBill options instead of the Epoch options
