but its complicated.
first, its not really terrorist related and not directed against USA - no on attack.
then again, its beyond humanity to control people using chemical weapons - yes on attack.
but the rebels are considered hard muslims and likely to hate on USA in the future - no on attack.
whats the score? no wonder Obama doesnt want to take to the credit for an attack.
its a loose/loose situation.
