sorry guys but there is either something wrong with your 12 year olds or your police
there is no way in hell that this would fly in any country over here - IF something like this would happen, the police officer would be suspended the same day and we would have a 2 week front page discussion about police brutality and the end of the civilized world.
that some people consider it ok to taze a 12 year old girl totally blows my mind
