Are you all of you who disagree with this regulation nuts?
You are all admitting getting on the bad side of the IRS is bad and a disaster, so then why would you be against making sure your tax preparer is competent enough that if you are honest you will never have a problem with the IRS.
If Obama turned horse shit to gold for free, you would complain that it would put gold fairies out of work.
