i was one of those at-risk kids in school like the nutters such as the columbine shooters and the odd one who decides to pop some off in those scandanavian countries and post it on youtube, ville might agree with that perception.
i did have access to guns at a young age, many hunting rifles my father owned. 303's, 308's, .22's... they were freely sitting in clothing wardrobes. i would pick them up, aim them at mid-air, there were bullets, and a fuck load of them, but i still didn't have the mental capacity to understand what i was doing, how to do it, why i was doing it, and so on.
fortunately i never became a gun nut, as i didn't have the mental inclination to swing that way.
why my father would keep hi-powered hunting rifles with a fairly large cache of ammunition all ready to go with someone who knew how to load the gun, then shoot it, maybe to kill, is beyond me.
i think i should be happy i am who i am because i could have become obsessed with guns and hunting and become a real redneck.
