A) That is yet to be seen.
B) Congress is NOT exempt. BUT...you are completely ignoring the financial subsidy that they have given for themselves, their families, and their staffs and their families to go along with their ObamaCare health plans. You and I will not be getting that. We just pay for it with taxes.
C) Again...the actual CEO's and owners of businesses are already doing that. Saw a guy on CNBC the other day who owns 10 Subway restaurants. He has cut all of his employees hours to "part time". His only other option was to fire some of them and he didn't want to do that.
