After watching the entire video again, I don't blame the guy for running over the bikes. The one biker at :27 deliberately slowed down and got almost unavoidable contact with the car. The rule is its always your fault when you run into the back of someone, but in this case the biker really did cause the contact by trying to intimidate the driver.
Then what's a guy and his family supposed to do when surrounded by 200 angry black bikers? Take the fuck off and run over some bikes if you have to. Those fuckers shouldn't be allowed on the road in large groups like that.
