Might just be a misunderstanding, try emailing Sau (owner of hentaikey) if you haven't already, or try his ICQ, w'eve spoken a lot on ICQ so I know he's active on it. Tbh I'd highly suggest looking for a new host, suspending your site after 1 hour is not acceptable. Even after 24 hours if my hosts did that to me I'd be gone unless they specifically mention "If content is not removed within 24 hours your site will be suspended"
