CONGRESS for the last couple of decades were the ones who passed bills that caused the housing crash. Not Clinton, not Bush, and not Obama.

An informed citizenry is what is sorely lacking in our country.
my understanding is Bush didn't want to allow the subprime loans etc but was pressured by 'special interest/congress' to let the chips fall...
