But in this case he did not hired microwokers/odesk people to signup. He converted Iranians as US signups. Iranians use proxy on their own because porn is banned by their ISPs, so they are not "in agreement" with the affiliate, simply they are natural fake US signups.

For example in our affiliates instruction page we warn about not to send mostly proxy signups as that is not payable. If an affiliate is warned beforehand, that's ok.

About mine cam program, I tell you in advance NOT to signup as you will be NOT paid for iranians under US/CA proxy. So no one wastes time.
