How do you guys build the gallery itself?
What do you use to crop images?
Where do you get templates?
How do you track effectivnes (click%, referals ...)?
How do you manage your gallert portfolio?
What are the biggest chalanges/problems you have to deal with?

Thanks in advance !
I use .nets for my TGP galleries. One for each of my own .coms that I am promoting through TGP's..

For example, my galleries for NakedCovergirls.com are hosted on NakedCovergirls.net. Helps me to keep my galleries organized and takes some of the load off my main site (the .com)

I typically use my galleries to serve two purposes.. Promote the sponsor and to promote my own .com

I'm just using Dreamweaver and building them manually. But I have my directory structure & file naming set up to where all I gotta do to create a new gallery, is copy all of the contents of one, and paste them into a new folder and replace the images and thumbs. It literally takes me about 30 seconds to create a new gallery.

Mostly keeping track of which galleries I've already posted an where I've already posted them to. Also, I find writing descriptions and keywords gets monotonous and they begin to start to sound the same.
