well i'm pretty sure each dedicated employee doesn't get the full $400.
I'm a freelancer based in the Philippines and I sure hope that people here on gfy wouldn't think that $400 is a huge amount for us because it's NOT, also a lot of stuffs here are way more expensive than in the US
