Help!

I am a $00 into a project to build a bunch of apps and submit them to the Itunes app store. Got to the final stage and it says I can only upload via a mac and I have a pc.

Anyone got any ideas or is it possible to get someone else to do it for me. There are guys on Fiverr but I will need a lot of apps uploading over the next few months
