I didn't grind my Dedicated to the metal with them, but as you can see they have an owner that cares about PR by being the 2nd to reply to your thread.
Kacy talked to me personally (if was needed) and I would return to them if I thought of getting another dedicated again.
I'm sure you'll be pleased with their support and what they can do for you.
