come on, no one was planting videos... saying stuff was planted is the oldest defense in the book... you get caught with drugs or something else illegal in your car, and of course you will say "that shit isn't mine, someone must have planted it"...
in hindsight it seems dumb to sue ISPs, but if ISPs weren't willing to cooperate what other choice did they have?
