Agreed but in 2013 common sense has to come into play, don't walk through the hood late at night and don't have your ass cheeks hanging out on less populated dark streets. Girl friend of mine got mugged last year walking through an alley at 1-2 a.m. bar hopping, her fault no as she was traveling in a large group which apparently didn't matter as they robbed them all and then they smacked her in the forehead with a gun, just increasing your odds of bad shit happening by being in a Big City in the wrong spot at the wrong time, stick to main streets and travel in groups or call a cab. Welcome to the world we live in.
