Honestly speaking, this is a entry level link building package which is ideal to diversify your link profile and it will definitely bring in positive SEO effects. It will in no way harm your website's rankings and reputation as there is no blackhat stuff involved. However if you are expecting to get ranked overnight for a competitive keyword then you may get disappointed.
