Zombaio's problems started during Christmas 2010... supposedly a "corrupt swift file" was the culprit. They've gone nowhere but downhill from there. What they do now though with late payments is alter the payout dates to make them look like they aren't late. I called them out on this back in 2011 if I recall correctly. As of right now, our offset is more than a month from when the payouts were supposed to be sent. And no, we no longer process new sales through them, only rebills (ok, and the occasional 4th in the cascade sale). Ironically enough, Zombaio seems to have the manpower to find references to "drunk" in our sites but not to pay us on time.

CCBill has been terrible for us on new joins since, shit, I don't remember how long it's been now. We pretty much only process rebills through them. Like 1 late payout since 2006.

Verotel seems to have gotten their shit together in regards to allowing obvious fraudulent signups to go through, and have been doing pretty well for us. I don't recall ever having a late payout from them.

Epoch is pretty much our go to processor. We process the most sales through them, and things couldn't be better. They were late once. Was 2 Christmas' ago if I recall. They promptly made up for it by sending the following weeks check and we got it the next day. No other problems since. In fact, our checks normally hit on Thursdays but as per usual, our week of Christmas check came this past Tuesday.

Netbilling... They aren't a processor so nothing to say about them really heh. Never had an issue with our merchant account they helped us set up though, and they're currently our #2 processing gateway.

We also use GX Bill (I think that's their name, too lazy to look it up) for phone billing. Can't say whether they've ever been late though because we don't push much through them and only got like 3-4 checks total.

That ends my list of processor experiences.
