What I'm asking you is, do you believe that this murderer, who said, "I hate white people" and the above quote in front of numerous witnesses directly before and during his attack should be prosecuted under hate crime laws for killing a 62 year old man based on his race? You said the laws should be enforced equally, do you disagree with the decision not to prosecute this as a hate crime?

I believe the law should be enforced equally regardless of race.
