The bit that shocked me was when this poor kid flashed himself to a friend the police got involved and turned it into a criminal matter.
That is the scandal that poorly made TV programs made sex a problem.
Sex is a normal healthy activity, and at a time of economic crisis to scapegoat sex and young people is the crime.
