Exactly. How is refunding money to someone from a chargeback 'stealing' from anyone? It sounds like affiliate(s) of Cash Maniacs sent traffic that generated chargebacks and got paid by Cash Maniacs before Cash Maniacs got paid, without Cash Maniacs knowing that their affiliate(s) sales were going to chargeback.... If that is what happened, it seems that Cash Maniacs' affiliate(s) are the ones stealing, and Cash Maniacs ought to go get back any money they prepaid those affiliate(s).
