Hell, there has never been a street drag race that took place WITHOUT lots of beer and liquor.
As far as being a "novice drinker"...no, he's a jackass. And again, I'm not talking about Bieber for God's sake.
I'm talking about a normal 18, 19, or 20 year old adult man.
He drinks a beer, gets pulled over. He WILL blow that ridiculous .04 and will get charged with DUI.
Effectively ruining his life and costing him a fortune.
My point is that it's discrimination against one age group of adults VS another.
