Today's mail from Ruben Femjoy:
"Apologies for any confusion my previous email may have caused. The intention was to see which of our affiliates were still interested in working with us and how to best optimize their performance. I appreciate you taking the time to explain what has been happening with your sales, helping you make more sales is the best outcome for the both of us. Is there anything we can do to help? Also rest assured we will not cancel any re-bill you may have with us.
As you can imagine this will require great effort from all parties. As a result it's not economically viable to bring on board all uninterested affiliates. At its simplest that would mean less time allotted to helping you generate income. Moreover, a chief complaint I have heard back from affiliates is that the market is saturated with content, making conversions difficult. Accordingly, curtailing this practice would raise the profile of our affiliates by making them more exclusive in the marketplace.
Nonetheless, let me know if you have any suggestions on how to make our relationship as profitable as possible during this transition. Let me know if you are still interested in promoting us and if you have any other questions.
Regards,
Ruben Salcedo, Affiliate Administrator"

There's nothing in his latest email that says they intend to shut down accounts. My interpretation is he's just looking to help inactive or less productive affiliates become more active or more productive.
