He is quoting me $5000 for it. Without going into specifics, can you guys tell me if that is a ballpark reasonable figure. I just want to make sure I am not being had. Though I do trust him to an extent, I always do my research and wanted your opinions.

Second, I will be needing to obtain traffic and marketing for the site. Would any of you be able to recommend someone who deals in that and what a reasonable cost would be.
