if you get "hungry" you are waiting to long in between meals. If you feel hungry your body starts to go into a sort of saving mode. In my experience I lost the most weight by never being hungry, or full I tried all sorts of "programs", but using the one below, the fat melted off and I feel great, strong, healthy and sleep like a baby.

I lost 85 lbs of fat in 6 months and got back to my college weight.....

35 min of cardio 7 days a week + lift 2 days (workout first thing before eating)

Mon: 5 small meals (1300-1600 calories total....lean protein, veggies, some fruit ONLY)
Tues: ALL Juice (Kale, Celery, carrot, apple)
Wed: 5 small meals (1300-1600 calories total....lean protein, veggies, some fruit ONLY)
Thurs: ALL Juice (Kale, Celery, carrot, apple)
Fri: ALL Juice (Kale, Celery, carrot, apple)
Sat: 5 small meals (1300-1600 calories total....lean protein, veggies, some fruit ONLY)
Sun: 5 small meals (1300-1600 calories total....lean protein, veggies, some fruit ONLY)

PLUS----> one / two "cheat" meals a week. For me, I didn't pig out on 2 pizzas, cake etc. I just enjoyed whatever looked good on the menu (surf and turf, pasta, bread etc). I LOVE good food and could never stick to the above program if I couldn't enjoy good food once and awhile when we all go out.
