There's also kids who could come from the worst situation, and make something of their life. But all the more better if they have great schooling even before they officially get to school. Government helping adults is one thing, but every taxpayer should be happy to make sure little kids get a good start in education because it'll be good for all of us from every angle...crime rate, economy, innovation, etc. It's funny how our elected leaders don't see it as the number one priority in making the country better. It's probably more like number 20 on the list of things important to them, behind drilling for oil, or keeping the industrial war complex running.
There is absolutely no question that 2 parents, good parenting, strong values and two parents that are involved in and that emphasize education are the single most important factors for a child to be successful in life. This has been studied to death.

A group of people where almost 80% of women are having multiple children out of wedlock, raising them as a single parent produces the worst possible results overall when it comes to a childs success in life. This has also been studied to death.

Thats why these conversations are never had about Korean children... or Indian. Or European. Or Pakistani. or Japanese etc etc etc.
