upload as a user(s) instead of as a content 'partner'. Multiple accounts, multiple IPs, multiple email addys, cut a second or two off each video so you can re-title/re-upload the same video without it being detected as duplicate content.
Depending on your strategy and whether you want to sub to all the small tubes as well, get tubesitessubmitter/chameleon confirmer.
If not use the multi-user approach to the bigger tubes that accept watermarked content. 3 - 6 mins is plenty, ignore all that '10+ minutes is teh best' bullshit.
