well it depends on how many active users are viewing each day. Number of users dont mean a thing, its the traffic basically. Good business mind can monetize anything for a good profit margin, since its a forum and the resource it takes to maintain the site generally less than brick and mortar business, I guess it has a good chance to make more money than before. And forum is kinda outdated, who knows if the new taker will transfer the existing site to something like Linked or social type of thing and grow its user base from there, add more categories, add more contents, facelift it to a multi resource social type of site. I mean, 3.2 million if sold to a corporation is nothing really, it has too many good money making potentials.
Well by the way, I think its time for someone to buyout Freeones.com or later, the site is starting to die out and eventually become less value to potential buyer. Why buyout? is the pornstar archive and currently the massive content database. with a bit of touch up and transfer to a more updated web property, it will be the next hyper mega site.
