Afterall it is their job to investigate the problem and it is the job of the legal system to decide who should be and who should not be held accountable.
In the end this is more about taking down pedophiles and less about getting xvideos. If XVideos cooperates and has adequate protocols to ensure CP is not being accidentally pushed by the site... Then XVideos should have nothing to worry about.
