We're looking to start sourcing out some overflow projects.

Looking to start building relationships with PHP developers familiar w/ the following:

Codeigniter, Bootstrap, jQuery, Efficient database design and queries (generally mysql)

Those would be the core skills we're looking for, any others are a bonus. Familiarity with all of the above plus wordpress development, things like that are all a big plus.
