Yes, you'll have to partner with the tubes so you get listed and promoted and just make watermarked teaser clips. Thats kind of what everyone is doing now.
If you post clips without partnering some tubes will ban you and delete your videos.
If you partner with them then in many cases you get your video and your banner under it, which is great for branding and getting more clicks.
