The site is based on Wordpress tube theme, with videos from certain sponsors etc. I think they made it, so people use it, and promote their content etc. I actually had 4+ websites like this in the past.
I don't mean to hijack your thread etc, but it is all a little bit crappy, and you can't really add ads or modify the code (I mean you probably can in the end, but it would not make sense etc).
$900 sounds a little overpriced. The site might be getting traffic, but I am not sure if I would want this website for free... (this wp theme / script etc).
