It might be real likes but it doesn't matter because the page is gone.
Most FB pages are deleted because of these reasons: direct links leading to adult, links leading to sites that are in different topic than the page (spam) and nude pictures (and really not only nude..).
Twitter is better for adult, Facebook is only good for mainstream imo.
