If you had an 8 yr old son, and he went out for a walk by himself in SF, he would probably get kidnapped, raped, or murdered. Even if you got him back, his anus would be permanently stretched out, and for the rest of his life, he'd have to wear a buttplug, and be medicated with various drugs.
