The three Jewish kids that were killed, the Palestinian kid that was killed, the illegal settlements... Those are crimes to be settled by local law enforcement and the local justice systems. However, you launch a missile into a foreign country and it is in fact an act of war.
I'm sorry, I feel for the Palestinians, but.... They keep poking the bear and eventually the bear strikes back.
