i also tried to embed videos from youporn and pornhub , but the result was same , no image preview .

I get preview for youtube videos, I just tried. Try the code from youtube, just replace the youtube url with your own.
EDIT: Nevermind, now I know why it won't work, or at least I think so. The videos from youtube have the preview embedded in the video, you do so when you upload those videos to youtube. Maybe you should try to embed the preview image to the video itself with video editing program?
