Some suggestions.
1) I think its a great concept that should be followed through with. I'm sure you could find a few pairs to fight every show. You can't have sponsors for an illegal event. Surely there are people here who know boxing gyms or kickboxing or BJJ gyms in Vegas or Nevada that can tell you how to arrange a fight and meet the states requirements.
2) I think you still have to deal with the legal aspect and the Nevada Athletic Commission (not a big deal as far as i know - but i am not familiar with Nevada laws on competitive fighting)
3) I would not use "MMA" to describe it as that will not really resonate with people and it has a pretty specific meaning and is associated with highly skilled, vicious and world champion fighters... but rather something more enticing like "GFY Fight Night" or whatever (not the best example as it requires GFY participation and support)... but something that's appealing to everyone that says "forum scores are settled here", so it becomes the industry default way to call people out and settle it between willing parties. I know in Alaska they used to allow what they called "roughhouse boxing" in bars where basically anyone could just show up and fight anyone, no physicals, no coaches, no nothing. I'm sure that in at least one of the states that has webmaster events, it would be allowed.
4) Adult is only a tiny slice of the webmaster world. There are massive forums full of online marketing dipshits and fueds to pull from. Consider other opportunities for other fights/fighters to participate and other venues and webmaster events to host them at.
5) Fighting is a highly regulated business. No matter what, you still have to define the fighting style and the rules, required equipment, number of rounds, length of rounds etc, I would guess to be in compliance with state law and you'd have to brief all the fighters of the rules before the fight.
6) If Vendzilla wants to back up all his comments, threats and insults as he claims he wishes to, I will definitely go to Vegas just to do it.
