This is not as simple as some of you seem to think. Wait until they target you and you have 15 days or whatever to try to convince someone you don't even know that you really aren't a scammer. It's guilty until proven innocent in some of these cases.
Sometimes they will report accurate info as fake and even if you respond, if they don't believe you, and the clock is ticking. Also, someone can just keep reporting it and if your registrar isn't helping you to deal with these issues, then eventually you may get fucked no matter what you do.
I've heard from people who have accurate WHOIS info who have had domains taken from them because they didn't update their info when they were sent a warning. Why didn't they update it? Because it was accurate.
