Sasha and to everybody else, the invalid WHOIS stuff is something that is an ICANN for all domain registrars. Anybody can send in an invalid WHOIS complaint to ICANN at
http://reports.internic.net/cgi/rpt_whois/rpt.cgi. They attempt to verify if the information is valid or not, and if it's not they then send an email to the domain registrar. The domain registrar then has 15 days to get the information corrected and report it back to ICANN or delete the domain name.
I do know that people have submitted domains to ICANN that they want to pick up themselves, so it's all a big game. That is one of the reasons, that when we receive a report of invalid WHOIS from ICANN we give the customer 15 days to update the information. If they do not update the information within 15 days, we don't delete the domain. We move the domain to another account and set the domain to not resolve.
Sure, you may lose some traffic, but at least you don't lose the domain as with other domain registrars.
