It's not slander if you only post facts involving you and the scammer.
Obviously you wouldn't want to include "he may have also done this to 15 others" when you couldn't possibly know if that's factual or not.
If your box is down at a host for 24 hours and they didn't respond to any of your emails, then it's not slander to let everyone know.
If a designer agrees on a 1 week deadline and they take 2 weeks, that is not slander.
You are merely reporting factual events that took place.
