We've tried other processors & always come back to Ibill. The rebills are way better and we've always been paid. The bottom line is the bottom line... We make more money there.
Having great customer support and stats that are always available isn't worth a lower income to us, no matter how annoying it is sometimes. It's the check that counts.
I guess if they ever really fucked us we would feel different. But they've had 6 years to fuck us and haven't yet (knocking on wood). Just annoyed the fuck out of us sometimes.
They do seem to be improving in their customer support, though. I hope it lasts.
