I always eat Oysters at Felix's on the corner of Iberville and Bourbon. You have to eat Chef Pauls Bananas Foster at Brennans (where it was invented) and you have to stop by Cafe Dumond for begnets at about 3am
I went to a new seafood restaraunt the last time I was there (a really nice place)....I think it was called GW Fins....make reservations!
